| A special Ghia-bodied Alfa Romeo...what great graphic detail on the front of this beautiful tourer! |
And what one might call the "other guys." Now we take a look at a small auto manufacturer known as Alfa Romeo, who actually predates Ferrari :).
The Bizzarrini section:

| Welcome to Bizzarrini Row |
The lesser-known Iso machinas:
One favorite story of getting revenge against Enzo Ferrari - the one and only ATS:
 |
| An octet of Weber trumpets announce the ATS's entrance with great fervor. |
 |
| "Hey, Primo! What's the shift pattern on the ATS again?" |
And the only Ferrari to never wear a Ferrari badge - the beautiful little 6-cylinder 246 Dino:
And an example of the most fun aspect of being at Concorso: being an entrant. Getting to bring your fine Italian automobile where you can find many more just like it, and trade ownership stories with fellow owners is perhaps the favorite part of this event for many. The camaraderie at having had to rebuild a poorly designed carburetor every ten thousand miles, or at having a car that nobody has ever heard of, or - in this case, anyway - getting to hang out with the man who built your car, and remember how one of these 68 copies was featured as the bad guy's car in "The Love Bug." That's the beloved Apollo GT Coupe, an Italian-bodied product of our own Milt Brown.
And, finally, it's far from Italian, but they brought the Corvette "Moray Shark" to Concorso and it looks cool so we hope you enjoy the picture.
