Yes, this year the rain gods granted a pardon from the endless drenching rains. The last 3 years have been a washout due to weather conditions. So again we got one weekend of sunshine before the record rainfall of 2005 returned. 

If there is one special niche of the automotive artfrom that is all american it is the concept of Hot Rod's. The strength of this motor lifestyle is now stronger than ever. Temecula has been holding this public event now for about 16 years.  The event brings out some of the best local hot rod projects in the southwestern united states.

There are now so many different niches of hot rod styles that the public is always treated to almost every historical phase of the automotive lifestyle over 60 years of american automotive development. This year the historical restorations were the shinning stars of the event.

So take a look and see what the excitement is all about. If you love style, great paint and monster engines, it's all here. This is a real family event and each year the hot rods on display are always different.
